Sources in Washington have reported that “The Supreme Court turned down an emergency appeal on Monday from a New Jersey man who claimed President-elect Barack Obama was not a natural-born citizen, and therefore was ineligible to become president.”

The small group of litigants who don’t want Obama to take office are claiming that the President Elect was not born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961 as stated on his birth certificate.  They have presented no proof to their claims.  This is the latest setback by those opposing Obama’s Presidency and most likely, it won’t be the last.  For more of this story link here [LINK]
