Gossip Girl’s Stars Divorce Gets Nasty
Gossip Girls Kelly Rutherford 40, recently filed for divorce from her multi millionaire husband David Giersch, 34. Rutherford is also four months- pregnant by Giersch. Now Rutherford has fears that her future ex-hubby will fly the coop with their two year old son Hermes.
People reported that David Giersch, has allegations of his own, claiming the actress is too busy with mani-pedis to take care of the boy. “She threw a laptop computer at me while we were in Hamburg,” Giersch adds. “She smashed the computer on the table.” Claiming that Giersch has an unpredictable temper and that he once told her a German investigation could lead to his arrest, Rutherford last week filed court papers requesting he not be allowed to travel outside the US with their son.
