Heidi Klum Samuel has just checked into the hospital. Klum entered Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles to most likely preparing to give birth to her fourth child. Apparently she checked in last night night. There has been no official word from her publicist as of yet.

In other Heidi Klum news – Heidi Klum is going to be Klum-less. According to reports, sexy supermodel host of Project runaway is changing her last name to her husbands last name, Samuel.Seal’s full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel. So she will be named Heidi Samuel.
