Jefferson City Hostage
Police have surrounded the office building in Jefferson City after reports of a possible hostage situation which had risen in the Jefferson City, Missouri since 10am in the morning.
Police are all around the office building across the governor’s mansion after reports that a hostage situation was unfolding.
