Comedian Chris Rock takes the media to task over the intrusion into Tiger Woods’ private life. Hollywood 411’s Megan Tevrizian talks to Tiger’s neighbors to get their reaction, and finds that the community is in Tiger’s corner.

“I have not been true to my values and the behavior my family deserves,” Woods said on his Web site. “I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect.
