The 2010 Winter Olympics came to an official close Sunday night when the Olympic Flame was extinguished as Canadian Neil Young sang, “Long May You Run.”
It was a simple and appropriate end to the games.
Then, things got weird.
Like, William Shatner and Catherine O’Hara telling jokes, shortly followed by Michael Buble in disguise, dancing Mounties, a kid dressed as a hockey puck, a giant version of tabletop hockey and enormous inflatable beavers kind of weird.
