Girls Gone Wild Founder Will Sue Madonna
Joe Francis….Will Sue Madonna!
“Girls Gone Wild” founder, Joe Francis, has threatened to take legal action if the “material girl” sings the song off her new album titled “Girls Gone Wild” at the Super Bowl.
Francis is claiming that “Girls Gone Wild” is his trademark.
TMZ reported that they obtained the a copy of the letter sent to Madonna which states… “Your misappropriation of my clients’ trademark will not be tolerated.”
Francis has agreed to cut a deal proving she agrees to the following terms…
– Negotiate an immediate licensing agreement for the use of Joe’s trademark
– Account for the number of times Madonna has already used the trademark
– NOT PERFORM THE SONG AT THE SUPER BOWL
The attorney representing Francis has given until 5pm today to respond…
