Judge Rules in the Halle Berry Custody Case
Sources are reporting that the judge in the Halle Berry, Gabriel Aubry custody battle issued his decision.
According to reports Aubry, who is being investigated for child endangerment, will not lose temporary custody of Nahla.
TMZ reported that Gabriel had already agreed to take anger management classes. As for Halle, she’ll continue with counseling. And, as we reported, 3-year-old Nahla will also undergo counseling.
The allegations which warranted the investigation were made by the Nanny.

Sources have reported that the L.A. county Department of Children and Family Services visited the home of actress Halle Berry today. The investigation is routine anytime they receive reports of abuse or neglect.
