No Public Memorial Public Service for Whitney Houston
Sources have announced that there will not be a public memorial services for Whitney Houston.
The service was to be held in her honor at the Prudential Center in Newwark, New Jersey.
According to Mayor Cory Booker…the family ask that there not be one.
A representative for the Mayor’s office told TMZ “The Houston family has no plans to set up a public viewing at the Prudential Center this Friday.” — despite several reports claiming there was going to be a massive public ceremony … in addition to previously-scheduled private funeral arrangements.
