Actress Sean Young who was taken in to custody after a run in with a security guard at an Oscars party last month…will not face charges.
Young, was arrested and booked on misdemeanor battery while at the Governors Ball.
She reportedly got into a dispute with a security guard who approached her because he said she didn’t have a ticket. According to sources he placed his hand on her and she slapped him.
A rep for the Los Angeles Attorney’s office told sources at TMZ, “Our prosecutors declined to file charges … due to insufficient evidence.” He added. “No further action is expected.”

Former Las Vegas District Attorney, David Schubert, who prosecuted Paris Hilton and Bruno Mars for cocaine charges…is headed to jail to serve a little time.
Schubert was sentenced to 9 months in jail.
