BBParks Actress Lindsay Lohan might just find herself in the middle of a hit and run investigation.
According to source…Lohan left the Sayers Club located in Hollywood just after midnight on Wednesday. Lohan was driving her new Porsche. She was blocked by paparazzi and bystanders…The 25-year-old “Mean Girls” star was trying to make a U-turn outside the Wilcox Avenue club at about 12:30 a.m.
She reportedly slightly grazed a man who was the manager of a nearby club called the Hookah Lounge…then she drove off.
Authorities were called and sources report that they did interview witnesses. The man did not appear hurt and initially he told police that he did not need medical attention. However, it has now been reported that he did got to the emergency room and that the twenty-six year old manager has told sources that he will press charges and he does plan on hiring an attorney.
If the man was uninjured…Lindsay did not violate any law. On the other hand…if the man was injured…a hit and run investigation will take place.
According to TMZ.com…the spoke with an eyewitness who said the manager was fine…and that he “got up and started smoking his…hookah.”
INTERESTING…TMZ also reports that authorities told the man that the driver was Lindsay Lohan…but said he wasn’t from this country and didn’t know who the actress was. YEAH RIGHT….he began complaining shortly afterwards.
