Update: Kasey Kahl is out of jail. The 29-year-old loser contestant on season 6 of ABC’s “The Bachelorette” was jailed this morning in Orange County, CA after prosecutors filed several felony charges against the reality star.

He denies being under the influence of paint thinner or alcohol. According to Kasey…he has never “huffed paint or smoked marijuana and, he was never given a BAC or any test to prove that he was drinking alcohol.”
He denies ever laying a hand on the who claims “bashed her in the face.”
He did admit that he was involved in a altercation with two people. He claims that he was punched first and all he did was defend himself.
Kahl is scheduled to appear in court next month.
