Former UFC Fighter…Jason “Mayhem” Milller, who struggles with mental health issues… has been charged misdemeanor vandalism.

Last month Miller  was arrested for breaking  into and vandalizing  the Mission Hills Church in Mission Viejo, CA.

According to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office Mayhem “did maliciously and unlawfully deface with graffiti and other inscribed material, damage, and destroy  property.” 

Specific damages… He sprayed  the first and second floors with a fire extinguisher , broke windows, broke pictures, scattered CD’s and books and glass.  Total cost of damages was around $400.00.

When officers found Mayhem he was on the second floor of the church…he was naked and sitting on a couch.  He was said to be “totally awake and coherent.”

Miller admitted to the crime.  If found guilty he could face probation or up to one year in jail.

Mayhem is due in court November 21st where he will  enter plea of guilty or not guilty.

Miller (28-9 MMA, 0-3 UFC) was released from the UFC after coming off a loss to C.B. Dollaway at UFC 146. The loss may have attributed to his release…sources say there were other factors and that Mayhem should have been released months ago.

Following his release…Mayhem, who is the  former host of MTV’s “Bully Beatdown” assured fans he was OK after his release.

In a statement Dana White…president of the UFC said…”I’m not into that stuff (Miller’s theatrics), it’s not my thing,”  ”I don’t really care if guys do it, because you see it at the weigh-ins all the time and you see stuff like that. But c’mon man, take this thing serious. You wanna be a clown? You can do that on your reality show. Then something happened here backstage after — Mayhem’s done. He’s gone.”

Prior to Mayhem’s  arrest…White (UFC President) and Mayhem (ex-fighter) reportedly had a Twitter war about his release from the UFC.
