Britney Spears Settles Case With Former Bodyguard
Pop singer and X-Factor judge Britney Spears has settled a legal suit initially filed in Sept. 2010.
Spears former bodyguard Fernando Flores (see photo here) who quit his job because he claimed that while he worked for her she subjected him to “repeated unwanted sexual advances” and harassment. He claimed that she would “flash her private parts,” in front of him, prance around naked in front of him, and acted inappropriately.
In the suit…Flores claimed that the pop diva would intentionally drop her cigarette lighter intentionally and when she bent over to pick it up she would exposed her uncovered genitals.” Flores also claimed that Spears would summons him to her bedroom while she was naked.”
Flores, who worked for the singer from Feb. 2010 through July 2010, also accused her of abusing her children and claimed that she engaged in inappropriate conduct around her young sons Sean Preston (Born-September 14, 2005) and Jayden James (Born-September 12, 2006), and once borrowed his belt to discipline them.
Spears denies all of the allegations…but agreed to a modest financial settlement just to settle the case.
