Chad Johnson finally admitted that his marriage to reality t.v. star Evelyn Lozada “irretrievably broken,” after just six weeks of marriage.
Johnson filed a legal response in a Florida court yesterday to the divorce papers which were filed by his “soon to be”
ex-wife on August 14, 2012.
According to TMZ.com…Chad admits that the two have a prenup that he believes should be enforced — especially the part about who pays for the lawyers. Johnson wants a judge to BLOCK Evelyn’s request that Chad foot the bill for her legal fees … citing a provision in the prenup in which the two sides agreed to pay their own way if they were to split up.
According to sources…Johnson’s wife “ecstatic” and ready to move on.
