Actress Amanda Bynes, whose license was suspended by the California Department of Motor Vehicles on September 6, 2012, was pulled over again at around 8:20 this morning. Bynes was driving by police just south of the Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, CA., when she was stopped.
She was issued a citation for driving on a suspended license and her car was impounded…she was not arrested or detained.
Bynes was driving her black BMW, which is the same car that she was driving, on September 13th in West Hollywood when she tapped the bumper of another car which was parked in a lot. was impounded.
Neighbors, friends and acquaints have expressed their concerns about the former “Nickelodeon” star’s behavior and her mental well being. Some have also said that her issues are attributed to far more than just alcohol and drugs.
Bynes, who was recently photographed sitting in her car “smoking pot,” has reportedly been seen…looking disoriented, daze and very confused, she rambles,talks to herself answers herself and burst out in totally inappropriate laughter.
The latest incident is the 7th time Since March 7, 2012, that Bynes has had issues with the law. See legal issues here.
Bynes is due back in court on Sept. 21.
The Amanda Show is an American live-action sketch comedy and variety show that aired on Nickelodeon from October 16, 1999 to September 21, 2002.
