Matt Gunman, a reporter for Good Morning America and one of the shows producers learned first hand today why they warn you about getting to close to the shores edge during a hurricane.
The ABC newsman and network producer were was reporting live from Nags Head, North Carolina Monday morning when a huge wave knocked him down and pulled him away from the shore.
The two were completely submerged and they scrambled to try and get out of the water and back to shore.
Experts are reporting that the center of Hurricane Sandy is forecast to move over the coast of US mid-Atlantic states by Monday night, the US National Hurricane Center has predicted.
