Bert Fields, Attorney for Hollywood actor Tom Cruise has reported that his client will not press charges against male model, reality TV star winner… turned “drunken intruder and property snooper” Jason Sullivan.
According to sources…Sullivan won the Australian reality show competition “Homemade” in 2009.
Sullivan, 41, who sources say was intoxicated at the time…allegedly scaled one of the wall’s surrounding Cruises’ Beverly Hills estate in Southern California. Cruises’ security guards spotted the man wandering around the property and stunned him with a taser. Guards contacted authorities and when they arrived Sullivan was arrested for trespassing.
According to Fields, Sullivan did not appear to have malicious intent. He had been residing next door at a house which belonged to Cruises’ agent Kevin Huvane and reportedly got mixed up and scaled the wrong wall.did not appear to have malicious intent.

The silence continued, when a week later Tom Cruise needed to get up at 5am to catch a business flight. His alarm clock wasn’t working, and he grudgingly realized that he needed Katie to wake him up.
Not wanting to be the first to break the silence, he wrote down on a piece of paper, “Please wake me up at 5 tommorow morning so I can catch my flight,
” and put it on her pillow before she came to bed.
The next morning he awoke to find that it was 9am, he heard Katie in the kitchen, and he had missed his flight. He noticed a note on his pillow,
“It’s 5am… Wake up!”
