Comedian actor Danny DeVito and actress wife Rhea Perlman are reportedly trying to save their 30 year marriage. In October it was announced that the couple were separating.
DeVito, 67, was attending an vent in L.A. this past weekend and was ask by “Extra” correspondent Jerry Penacoli asked how he was adjusting to life as a single man.
His response…”It’s not something you adjust to,” DeVito said … adding, “Rhea and I are really close. Actually, still together, just separate, but together.”
He was then ask about a reconciliation and he said “We’re working on it.”
DeVito and Perlman met in 1970 after Perlman went to see a friend in the Broadway play “The Shrinking Bride” and fell for DeVito, who was also in the production
The married on Jan. 28, 1982, they have three adult children together, Lucy, Grace and Jacob.
