BBParks Aloha….It is being advertised as America’s most expensive beach-hut? 
The tiny red 484 square foot wood framed hut and the 20 acres surrounding it can be purchased for property on sale for $2.5 million.
It is being described as a ‘slice of paradise.’ Perhaps “tiny slice of paradise” is more suiting. The small bungalow is in the “tiny” town of Laupahoehoe which sits on the slopes of Mauna Kea, a volcano which is the highest point in all of Hawaii reaching 33,500 ft from its ocean base – making it more than twice the size of Everest.
The scenery is gorgeous but when you compare it to other properties on the Island which sell for a price within the same range….It would be safe to say….you are in love with the it’s lush Hawaiian countryside or you have more money than you know what to do with.
