The Studio City, California home formerly owned by Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith…has a new owner.
Smith purchased to house in 2005 for $1,335 million. Following her death the former in 2007….Larry Birkhead and the couples daughter Dannielynn moved into the residence where the remained until 2011.
The 4,700 square-foot Mediterranean-style two-story home has amazing views and overlooks the city.
The five bedroom and 5.5 bath has wood and marble floors throughout. The main living area has dual fireplaces. There is an open area on the bottom level which was used as a fitness area.It also features wrap-around balconies with a generous pool deck that overlooks the city lights of Los Angeles.
It is not know who purchased the home, however sources say the purchase price was $1.75 million dollars.
