BBParks Oscar winning Singer Jennifer Hudson…whose claim to fame began in 2004 when she was a contestant on the FOX reality music competition “American Idol” season three in which she finished seventh… 
reportedly thinks t hat the show should end.
Idol….began airing on Fox on June 11, 2002 is in it’s twelfth season. The show has seen ratings decline..the judges panel has been full of controversy and the show now face stiff competition with similar shows such as NBC’s “The Voice” and “The X Factor,” which is also Fox network show.

This season’s judges Randy Jackson 2002 (remains on the panel) along with this seasons three new judges Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban.

Part of me agrees with Jennifer Hudson but on the other hand I really enjoy American Idol when it’s on primetime. I’ve been watching for a few seasons when my coworker at DISH got me hooked. I think the show needs to freshen it up a bit because things are starting to get boring. I record all my programming from primetime using the PrimeTime Anytime feature in my DISH Hopper DVR. Once this awesome feature’s been enabled, you can get the four major networks recorded on one tuner every night. I’ve been able to make everyone happy, now that I don’t have all the DVRs tied up, recording my shows while the wife and kids get stuck watching recordings. My primetime shows record to one TV and lets everyone else watch what they want.
