Krentcil has entered rehab for alcohol abuse.
to fame after her addiction to sunbeds was revealed focusing the spotlight on the condition known as ‘tanorexia‘.
The 45-year-old’s claim to fame came when she made headlines for her tanning addiction in 2012 after she was arrested and charged with child endangerment after her five-year-old daughter was spotted at school with a sunburn. The little girl told classmates she “went tanning with Mommy.” Krentcil claimed that her daughter got burned the old-fashioned way: From being in the sun.
Since then, she has made tabloid headlines for a range of bizarre behavior.
Her admission into rehab comes just a few days after the New Jersey native was recently found drunk at Minneapolis St Paul Airport after being apprehended between flights by airport police.
According to sources, she has entered a thirty day inpatient facility known as the Lukens Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Her decision to enter this facility was because it was endorsed by Michael Lohan. She reportedly went to high school with him and has heard him talking about its techniques and success record.
