Justin Bieber May Face Felony Charges
UPDATE: Pop singer turned first class punk, Justin Bieber, may face felony vandalism charges for egging his neighbors house.
Bieber, who is becoming better known for his ridiculously idiotic behavior rather than his music…reportedly went on a vicious rampage and pelted eggs on his neighbors house with more than 20 eggs Thursday night.
Justin, who has had his share of run ins with the law. Often, the issues have been dismissed due to a lack of evidence….until now!
Hate to break it to all you Bieber fans…but your boy might just be facing felony charges for this one….Lets just say..the Bieb might want to start trying to get all his eggs in one basket because authorities are getting their ducks in a row.
Authorities investigating the case reportedly have camera-phone footage of the alleged egg attack as well as photo evidence. In the audio-video recording “dweeber” is heard yelling profanities as he flings the eggs at his target.
Detectives have ask the homeowner to provide them with an estimate of the damages ASAP.
According to sources…the detectives are confident the estimates will raise the stakes to a felony. California law states that , “if the damage is greater than $400 it becomes FELONY vandalism.” In this case…damage could be in the 10s of thousands of dollars. The house Bieber egged has very expensive Venetian plaster on the outside as well as top of the line doors which are said to cost “a pretty penny.” The damage appears to be substantial and the home owner believes all the structural damage will have to be redone. There is also damage to other items on the property which will have to be repaired or replaced.
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department appears to be very annoyed with Bieber and feel that he has made a “mockery of the legal system” by breaking the law numerous times …
The case is expected to be in the hands of the D.A. next week.
