Playboy Model Pleads Not Guilty for Invasion of Privacy

Playboy model not guilty ple

Playboy model Dani Mathers, who has admitted to taking a photo of a naked, 70-year-old woman in a gym locker room and posting it on Snapchat, pleaded not guilty to invasion of privacy on Monday.

The not guilty plea was made even though Mathers publicly acknowledged secretly photographing a naked, elderly woman showering at LA Fitness gym in July.

The imaged sparked outrage after she shared the photo on Snapchat with the derisive caption: ‘If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either.’

The former Playboy model later apologized on social media, claiming she accidentally posted the photo publicly because she was unfamiliar with Snapchat’s workings

Mathers, 29, was not in court. Her attorney Tom Mesereau entered the plea to the misdemeanor count on her behalf.  According to sources, she was not required to attend.ugh Hefner Alive in the Playboy Mansion

Outside the courtroom,  despite her not guilty plea… Mesereau said Mathers ‘very much regrets’ what happened.  If found guilty of misdemeanor invasion of privacy, she could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Mathers, the 2015 Playboy Playmate of the year has been banned from LA Fitness, and not just locally.
