Tiger Woods Wasn't Drunk

Was Tiger Woods Drunk? Documents released by the Jupiter police department, in Palm Beach County, Florida, show that officers found Tiger Woods asleep in his Mercedes-Benz, which was stopped on the road.

Woods had to be woken up, and seemed quite out of it like he was drunk.  He failed physical tests and couldn’t stand straight. However, breathalyzer tests showed no alcohol in his system.

The officer notes Woods was upfront about taking pain pills on doctors orders and was entirely cooperative.

Medications Tiger reportedly took:

The drug is illegal in the US; its side effects can include fatigue and chest pain.

Vioxx, a brand name drug that Woods indicated he had not taken within the past year, was discontinued in 2004 after being linked to heart issues. It was used to reduce swelling.
