Engagement Ring Dropped in NYC Drain Grate During Proposal Located

The newly engaged British couple who managed to drop the engagement ring down a grate in New York’s Times Square during a wedding proposal, have now been identified.

Despite the failed efforts, police continued to search even after the couple returned to their home in London. The ring was found but the couple’s  identity was missing. The NYPD took to social media in an attempt to find the distraught couple and inform them that the ring was found.

The couple spotted the Twitter post as soon as they touched down in London on Sunday morning and were ecstatic and most grateful to the officers who assisted in the efforts to find the engagement ring.
