Jennifer Garner Leases 11,000-Square-Foot Mansion in Los Angeles

Actress Jennifer Garner has moved into Dean Factor’s former Pacific Palisades Mansion in L.A.’s Rustic Canyon area.

The house was built in 2009. It sits on 1/3 of an acre. The white-shingled Cape Cod-ish style design with a splash of quasi-Colonial traditional.

The residence has six bedrooms and six full and two half bathrooms in more than 10,500-square-feet over three floors.

Jennifer Garner is reportedly leasing the property after selling her multi-acre family compound she shared with actor husband Ben Affleck. The couples former residence was located in the ritziest part of Pacific Palisades. It was sold for $31.95 million to Maroon Five front man and talent show judge Adam Levine and Victoria Secret model Behati Prinsloo.
