Shia LaBeouf is letting go of his longtime Sherman Oaks, California digs.

The Honey Boy actor, 34, has listed the 1950s-built pavilion-style home in the hills for $2.25million after owning it for over a decade, according to real estate blog The Dirt.


Shia is saying goodbye to the spot after picking up a luxurious Pasadena property for $5.475million in March.
