Warner who is estimated to be worth $2.3  billion, has been slammed with a $53. 5 million tax evasion penalty.
Warner was charged with federal tax evasion Wednesday morning after allegedly failing to report more than $3 million dollars which he reportedly earned from an offshore Swiss bank account back in 2002.
Warner faced the possibility of up to five years in prison…however, he struck a plea deal with prosecutors in which he would get no time in prison if he agreed to a  guilty plea.  He also agreed to pay the penalty ASAP.

Warner, 69,   lives in suburban Chicago and is the sole owner of TY Inc.

Following the court hearing…Warner’s lawyer said the billionaire accepts full responsibility for his actions, calling the debacle “an unfortunate situation that Mr. Warner has been trying to resolve for several years now.”

Warner  is 209th on the list of the top 400 wealthiest Americans.

Mark Strong, a 57-year-old Thomaston businessman was also arrested following a raid on Feb. 12, 2012.

The  high-profile prostitution scandal featured  sex videos, adultery, exhibitionism involving more than 100 client.

Chuck Berry Dies at 90

Music legend Chuck Berry has died at the age of 90.

According to sources, the St. Charles County Police confirmed they responded to a ‘medical emergency’ at his home near St. Louis, Missouri, at 12.40pm on Saturday.

When authorities and first responders arrive at the scene, they found Berry unresponsive.  Attempts to revive the “Johnny B Goode” singer were unsuccessful.

The winning numbers were 16, 19, 32, 34, 57, and a Powerball of 13. To win the jackpot, all six numbers must be correct. The first five can be in any order, but the sixth must be the Powerball number.

Despite the fact that no one won the “jackpot” there were winners!

According to Lottery officials 25 players won a $1 million prize and three others won a $2 million prize.

Alexis Wright, a Zumba fitness instructor who turned her Maine studio into a brothel, has been sentenced to 10 months in jail.

Wright, 29, was arrested for  running a prostitution business out of her Pura Vida Zumba studio in Kennebunk.

Mark Strong, a 57-year-old Thomaston businessman was also arrested following a raid on Feb. 12, 2012.

The  high-profile prostitution scandal featured  sex videos, adultery, exhibitionism involving more than 100 client.

Wright was accused of conspiring with insurance business owner Mark Strong to run a prostitution business in which she videotaped clients without their knowledge and kept detailed records over an 18-month period indicating she made $150,000 tax-free.

She also collected more than $40,000 in public assistance.

Despite the plea made by Wright’s attorney claiming that  his client had a difficult childhood, witnessing domestic violence and suffering sexual abuse. She was sentenced under a plea agreement on 20 counts including prostitution, conspiracy, tax evasion and theft by deception.

Justice Nancy Mills extended wishes for success after the sentence was imposed.

“Based on what you have to say and what I know about you from your attorney, I know that you will succeed when you’re released and that you will prevail. I wish you success,” Mills said.
