Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are planning to marry in June.

The couple began their relationship in 2006 and it has been on and off since then.  They  decided they were ready to commit after enjoying a romantic holiday together in France in February.

A source close to the couple said: “They realized how devoted they are to each other. They don’t want to ever be apart again “Kate and Owen don’t feel the need for flashy engagement rings, they’re planning to tie the knot in June.”

The ‘Fool’s Gold’ actress - Kate Hudson, 29,  who was previously married to Black Crowes rocker Chris Robinson, dated cyclist Lance Armstrong and actor Owen Wilson -believes that the key to a successful relations ship is “total honesty.”  In a recent interview Hudson told sources: “Other people can have ‘understandings’ and not discuss things and turn blind eyes – but I couldn’t exist in a relationship that wasn’t honest and sacred in that department.”

Hudson who has a four-year-old son, Ryder told sources that she  will be cutting back on spending this Christmas.  She plans on making some of her gifts this year and stated: “I think it’s a really weird time and I think that everyone is feeling it.
