American bassist and former American Idol judge Randy Jackson and wife Erika Riker Jackson aren’t singing “marital bliss!”
Unfortunately for Randy…he won’t be going through to the next round because he’s being eliminated.
Erika, has reportedly filed for divorce after 18 years of marriage…”citing irreconcilable differences.”
In the documents she is asking for full physical custody and joint legal custody of their 17-year-old Jordan. They have a daughter, Zoe, who is an adult.
Jackson also has a daughter, Taylor, from his first marriage to Elizabeth Jackson.
Erika also wants spousal support and she wants him to foot her attorney’s fees. Well imagine that! DUH!

New reports are surfacing in the death of former “American Idol” contestant Michael Johns.
Stacey Vuduris, has taken legal action against Gambill claiming that he has been on a hate campaign, blaming her for Michael’s death in August and sending her abusing texts.
What goes around comes around..Torrey has fired off legal docs of his own, claiming Stacey concocted a lie after he found Michael dead.
Stacey’s story was that Johns had an ankle injury that led to a fatal blood clot. However, law enforcement told the gossip news website TMZ.com that Michael had been drinking heavily prior to his death.

UPDATE: Michael Johns, the American Idol top ten finalist, who passed away from what sources say was as blood clot in his ankle, had been drinking heavily at some point before he died Friday.
Johns, a season 7 contestant on the vocal talent competition was found dead at a friends house in Los Angeles. Just one day after he sought medical treatment for a minor ankle strain. Full story here
Former “American Idol” finalist Michael Johns died Friday.
According to sources, it is believed that his death was related to a blood clot emanating from a minor ankle injury.
Michael Johns, an Australian singer-songwriter was a contestant on the show in 2008, season 7. Following his appearance on the vocal talent competition…he continued his music career and in 2009, he released an album titled “Hold Back My Heart.”
John’s married to interior designer Stacey Vuduris in 2007.
A representative for the singer broke the sad news via Twitter…in which he said “It is with a heavy heart and inconsolable sadness that we confirm the passing of our friend Michael Johns.”
Michael Johns was 35-years-old.

Michael Johns Post Idol Career: Following the show, Michael Johns performed on the American Idols LIVE! Tour 2008. Johns worked on the soundtrack for Shaun White’s documentary DVD Don’t Look Down, released by Three Rings Projects, while he was on the Idol tour. The album released features Johns singing all but one track, along with Rye Randa and Jeff Foxworth. Released on 1 January 2009 by Three Rings Project it consists of 17 songs, 10 of which are vocal.He released a song, “Another Christmas,” in December 2008, which he penned in 2006 when circumstances kept him from returning to his native Australia for Christmas. Half the proceeds from the song were advertised as going to the Red Cross and MDA’s ALS division. In 2009, he released a digital download single called “Heart on my Sleeve” and an album titled Hold back my Heart, which sold 20,000 copies.
He released an EP Love and Sex, including thee songs, in 2012.
