Not Guilty Plea In The Anna Nicole Smith Case
Wednesday, May 13th, 2009Story Highlights: Howard K Stern and two doctors enter a not guilty plea in the case of Anna Nicole Smith.
Howard K. Stern , Khristine Eroshevich and Sandeep Kapoor appeared Wednesday before a Superior Court Commissioner and plead not guilty to the charges that they conspired to provide prescription drugs to Anna Nicole Smith who died from an accidential overdose two years ago in a Florida hotel room.
Stern is an attorney and former boyfriend of Smith. Eroshevich and Kapoor are both doctors.
A motion was granted by the commissioner in which the three were to provide a handwriting sample.
A preliminary hearing will begin on June 08, 2009
