ASSOCIATED CONTENT:  The college football  rankings for week 9 are largely the same, with no huge upsets. But the college football rankings in week 9 has Florida at No. 1 in all polls again

The college football  rankings for week 9 had Florida back on top in the AP Top 25 college football poll, over struggling Alabama. Florida didn’t do that much to top the AP Top 25 college football rankings, but they did a little more than Alabama. Nevertheless, Florida, Alabama and Texas are still on top, as always, in the college football rankings for week 9.

Florida is now leading both the AP and USA Today top 25 polls, with Alabama and Texas 2-3. The college football rankings for week 9 still have USC at fourth in the AP and USA Today, but it’s unclear if the Trojans will move up from seventh in the BCS rankings today.  Read full story here
