Saturday, November 7th, 2009New Mexico soccer - Elizabeth Lambert has been suspended indefinitely from the game, according the the Golobos.com website, the University of New Mexico official athletic website. See video here
ESPN reports that the junior defender has apologized for her actions. “I let my emotions get the best of me in a heated situation. I take full responsibility for my actions and accept any punishment felt necessary,” Ms. Lambert said.
