A 17-year-old gymnast Shawn Johnson was crowned champion Tuesday during the season finale of the hit ABC show “Dancing With The Stars.”

In an article written by the Associated Press Johnson said  “This has been the best experience ever, her victory. I’ve grown so much.”

Actor Gilles Marini finshed second followed by former bachelorette contestant Melissa Rycroft finished third in this years competition.
