Michael Jackson’s personal doctor administered a powerful anesthetic to help him sleep, and authorities believe the drug killed the pop singer, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press on Monday.

While Michael Jackson went into cardiac arrest, 911 wasn’t called for a full 30 minutes. He says Jackson didn’t have a phone line in his bedroom which is what caused the delay – what else he says:

“No, I mean look, not immediately. Dr. Murray is his personal physician, that is something you would want is for your doctor to be right there if you were going into cardiac arrest, he was there, especially a cardiologist, he was there to try to revive Michael,” Chernoff replied when asked if 911 was called immediately. According to sources there has been no deal reached between Michael Jackson’s mother and his ex-wife Debbie Rowe in their child custody case.

Attorney Eric George who represents Rowe is disputing a report by the New York Post which it was rumored that she agreed to accept $4 million if she didn’t challenge Katherine Jackson for custody of the children.

In a statement George said  the story is “completely false.”

A child custody court hearing, which had been set for this week, was delayed until next Monday at the request of lawyers for Jackson and Rowe, a court official said.  READ MORE HERE

Britain’s News of the World has obtained photos of the late “King of Pop” Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe mother of Jackson’s children Paris and Prince.

The photos show the two cuddling their children and were taken in 1998 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills approximately two weeks after the birth of Paris.

In an article published in Us News sources reported that “At one point she was gently rocking Paris in her arms and humming a lullaby to her. It was a very special mother-and-baby moment,” the photographer told the paper. “Paris was asleep in her mother’s arms and looked very contented.”  Read more here

Michael Jackson Dead at  the age of 50.  A Tribute to the “KING OF POP” who has “Gone too Soon!”

Billboard.com has reported that:

Singer Michael Jackson, 50 was hospitalized this afternoon in Los Angeles and has been pronounced dead.

Jackson was not breathing when paramedics arrived at his home at 12:26 PM, the paper reported on its website. Paramedics administered CPR and took him to UCLA Medical Center.

TMZ is reporting that Jackson’s mother and brothers are headed to UCLA to be by his side. TMZ also reports having spoken to Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson, who says “he is not doing well.”
