According to authorities, Quinn Gray the 25 year old  Jacksonville, Florida woman, who claimed a Bosnian immigrant kidnapped her was merely an attempt for Gray and  her lover in order to extort money from her wealthy husband.

Quinn Gray went missing  Labor Day weekend 2009,   a ransom note,  was left on the front door of her home, written in her handwriting which read, “There are three men holding me right now, and they want $50,000 cash. Stay at the house NO COPS! Keep your cell phone on you. Keep the kids with you. Please do this honey, please!”

For the first time in three weeks, Quinn Gray, got a taste of freedom.

The Ponte Vedra mom bonded out of the St. Johns County Jail on Wednesday evening. Three hours later, Action News was there when she checked into a mental health treatment center on Saint Simons Island.  Read full story here
