Brett Michaels Injured at the 2009 Tony Awards

Rocker Brett Michaels’ publicist has confirmed that Michaels was in fact hurt while performing at last nights Tony Awards in New York.
The reality TV star ran into scenery while performing at the at the awards show a held at Radio Music Hall in New York.
People.com reported that the incident occurred while Michaels was singing with his band Poison, along with the cast of Broadway’s “Rock of Ages.” According to People Magazine: Michaels missed his mark, hit a piece of scenery and fell to the ground.
Michaels did go to the hospital for X-rays however, Michaels spokeswoman denied reports that he suffered a broken nose in the mishap and emphasized that he “had a blast performing.”
