Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the guy who allegedly tried to blow up the Northwest Airlines Flight 253 en route to Detroit from Amsterdam is safely behind bars, but his terrorist attack momentum lives on. 
To keep the hype up, ABC News got their hands on the photo of his explosive underwear aka underwear bomb he was wearing and wanted to detonate while aboard Flight 253.
The explosive underwear of Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab had a pocket sawn onto it in the crotch area.

The pocket contained some powder – according to certain reports, there were 80 grams of the military explosive PETN there. Al Qaeda took credit for this attempted bombing, even though if I were Al Qaeda, I’d deny it. Who would want to be associated with failed terrorist act? An Alaska judge has ordered the proceedings in Bristol Palin’s child custody case to remain open, the Anchorage Daily News reports.
The Press Association Reports: The daughter of former vice presidential hopeful Sarah Palin has lost her bid to keep a bitter custody dispute over her year-old son confidential.
An Alaska judge denied Bristol Palin’s request to keep the hearing with Levi Johnston closed.
Ms Palin, 18, is seeking sole custody of her son, Tripp, and child support payments.
She had argued that the attention the case could attract would turn it into a “media circus” that potentially could cause her son embarrassment as he grows older.
“In this day and age of the internet, media stories remain available for years, even decades, after they are first published, and anything printed in the media (whether it is true or not) will be available to Tripp when he is old enough to read,” she said in an affidavit.
Levi Johnston, who is seeking joint custody, has pushed for open court proceedings, saying he “just wants a simple case on the merits”. Read full story here

(WIKI) Bristol Palin Legal battles with Levi Johnston
In November 2009 Palin filed a petition with the court to have sole custody of her son Trig and require Trig’s father, Levi Johnston, to maintain a visitation schedule. While Palin wanted the legal proceedings to be private, Johnston wanted the proceedings to be public, citing his fear of Palin’s mother, Sarah. The judge agreed with Johnston and the dispute became public in late December 2009. Read more here
