Susan Boyle makeover by Harper’s Bazaar! It might even recognize it? Boyle made his first solo photo session outside London with Harper’s Bazaar.

“I was fed up with being called that,” she told the Daily Mail. “I didn’t know what I looked like on television until I saw myself on Britain’s Got Talent. I saw this wee wifey with the mad hairdo and the bushy eyebrows and said, ‘Hmm, not really telegenic’.

“So I decided to spruce myself up a bit. When I look in the mirror now, I see this sophisticated lady. I’m still a bit like that wee wifey inside, but more refined in some ways. Would you want to look like the Hairy Angel? I don’t think so.”  Read full story here

Boyle’s life has changed completely from singing Britain’s Got Talent last April for the first time ten million viewers watched in disbelief Boyle. Susan, 48, is from Blackburn, Scotland, a small town in the old factory with a population of 5,000 between Edinburgh and Glasgow.  Read more here

The Associated Press has reported that British singing sensation Susan Boyle, 48, has pulled out of a singing engagement with the “Britain’s Got Talent” live tour.

Doctors have advised Susan to rest after being hospitalized a few weeks ago for exhaustion after finishing second in the competition.

The church volunteer was due on stage for a matinee and evening show at the Manchester Evening News Arena, but did not perform.

SUSAN Boyle’s brother has revealed that she’s worried if she has a future beyond Britain’s Got Talent.

Gerry Boyle told today’s GMTV that his troubled sister – who is being treated for exhaustion in the Priory clinic after losing out to Diversity in BGT’s final – will perk up when her future becomes clearer.

He told the ITV morning show: “Susan is wondering now – does she have a career beyond Britain’s Got Talent?

According to The Sun, the 48 year-old had an “emotional breakdown” following Saturday’s final in which she was a runner up.

It was reported that the shows producers became concerned when the observed her acting peculiar in the lobby of the London hotel where she was staying. Authorities were contacted and she was taken by anbulance to Priory in Southgate, a clinic, in North London.

According to sources who spoke with the newspaper said: “She’d been at the hotel for a few days, but since Saturday’s final had been acting strangely, causing a bit of a stir. She didn’t look well – she looked lost, not all there.”

Producers of the show said Susan was “exhausted and emotionally drained” after the final. TV company talkbackThames released a statement saying the 48-year-old had been advised by a doctor to take time off.

Street dancers Diversity were the surprise winners of television contest “Britain’s Got Talent” on Saturday, beating favorite Susan Boyle.

Of the 10 finalists, Diversity a favorite  favorite to win going into the show.  Their acrobatic performance choreographed by 20-year-old Ashley Banjo was described by judge Simon Cowell as “utter perfection.”

“If I had to give marks on that, that is the only performance tonight I would want to give a 10 to,” Cowell said after their performance.

Boyle was runner-up, was the  overwhelming favorite therefore  the result was seen as a major surprise.

The world anxiously awaits for tonight’s final Britain’s Got Talent which is just a few hours away.  High expectations have been placed on the one contestant who stunned the world which her amazing voice.

However, for Susan Boyle, this week hasn’t been going so well. Two days ago she was threatening to quit the show after  a confrontation some strangers which grew national media attention.

Boyle just a lady from Scotland living alone with her catch became an overnight sensation.  Her every move has been in the public eye since she captured the ♥hearts of many with her amazing first performance on the British talent show.  That in itself would be enough to cause any ordinary person to “melt down.”  Now the the pressure to deliver a  performance  that will captivate the world in tonight’s finals is surely very heavy on her shoulders.
