TMZ has posted a photo of Rihanna following the assault incident following a pre-Grammy party.  Chris Brown the singers ex boyfriend was charged with felony assault.  He did speak about the incident, apologizing and he claims to be seeking counseling and spiritual guidance.  Link here to see TMZ photos.
